From The Friendly Confines Of My Mailbox- My First Sketch Card!

This week, I got a package from Shawn who sent me some really cool Cubs cards that I needed, in exchange for about 100 or so Mariners cards. Check it out

First Up, Shawn sent me some Cubs cards that I needed, including a Derrek Lee rookie card! Also, take a look at that Nomar that I don’t have. Being a huge fan of 90’s cards, I love the die-cut and design on that card, very futuristic.

But the big surprise that Shawn sent me was this amazing card…………..

Woah…I was speechless when I saw this. This is a one of a kind, hand drawn sketch card of my all time favorite player, Nomar Garciaparra! Shawn, I am forever in debt to you for this. Thank you so much. From now on, all of my Mariners cards I pull are reserved specifically for you. I am already starting to put together a thank-you package, which will be going out sometime this week so enjoy that.
